Discovery and Strategy: 

  • Conduct indepth assessment of clients needs
  • Develop search strategy and target list
  • Develop position specifications
Research:

  • Initiate name generation from target list
  • Identify appropriate industry resources and associations
  • Utilize our database to communicate with known contacts in the industry
  • Communicate with new industry contacts and sources
  • Contact employee referrals

Candidate Development and Sourcing: 

  • Contact pertinent industry and functional sources
  • Contact potential candidates
  • Phone screen and assess qualified candidates
  • Conduct personal interviews of finalist candidates
  • Provide candidate assessment for review
Selection and References: 
  • Facilitate Client phone screens of final candidate pool
  • Schedule final interviews 
  • Initiate referencing of finalists
  • Facilitate offer and negotiation
